
Euro Motors has recently partnered with Dongfeng, one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers, to officially launch its range of vehicles into the Sri Lankan market. Founded in 1969, Dongfeng is a Global Fortune 500 company, that operates in over 100 countries and has sold over 60 million vehicles across the globe. The company’s arrival in Sri Lanka marks a significant turning point in electric mobility in the island.

Leading in the charge is the Dongfeng Box, a fully electric hatchback that combines smart technology, spacious design and affordability. The vehicle offers a modern driving experience, exceptional comfort and features that would usually be found in more premium models. which is a Rs.250,000 less than the standard price of Rs.10,000,000, the Dongfeng Box starts its life with an exceptionally strong value proposition.
A standout because of its class-leading size and features, the Dongfeng Box’s comes with a widebody of 1810mm, and a wheelbase is 2660mm, which is the longest wheelbase in its segment. It is a rarity in its category that offers more interior space, and genuine five-seater comfort. Build to enhance daily commutes, the vehicle includes high-end features such as a 540-degree panoramic camera system, auto-parking, ventilated front seats and Level 2 ADAS safety technology. The Dongfeng Box offers significantly superior specifications and equipment that its rivals, at an affordable price.
