Pan Asia Bank felicitates longstanding employees at special appreciation event

Pan Asia Bank recently paid tribute to the loyalty and dedication of its long-serving employees at a special recognition event organised by the Bank’s Human Resources Division.
The event was graced by the Chairman of Pan Asia Bank Aravinda Perera, the Director/CEO Naleen Edirisinghe and the Corporate Management members.
The occasion celebrated individuals who played a pivotal role in shaping the institution’s journey and strengthening its performance over decades. The event brought together colleagues from branches and business units across the island to acknowledge staff members who have completed 15,20,25 and 30 years of service.
The event was especially significant as the Bank’s Director/CEO Naleen Edirisinghe and the Assistant General Manager Human Resources, Thushari Malalgoda were also recognisedon the occasion for completing 25 years of service.
The evening was marked by inspiring addresses, award presentations and entertainment, creating a warm and memorable platform to appreciate the people who have grown alongside the Bank.

The ceremony concluded with the presentation of awards, recognising employees for their long-standing service and reaffirming the Bank’s culture of valuing and celebrating its people.
